Nature's Way Goldenseal Root is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve infectious and inflammatory conditions of the digestive tract such as gastritis, and to relieve digestive troubles such as upset stomach or indigestion. Used in Herbal Medicine as a mild laxative and as a bitter to aid digestion and to increase appetite.

Adults (18 years and older), take 3 capsules daily.
