Directions
Adults, take 2 capsules 2 times per day with water at mealtimes.
Warnings

drugs or herbs such as insulin, oral diabetic
medication, or ginseng, or if suffering from an
autoimmune disease. For prolonged use or if
symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care
practitioner.
Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant
or breastfeeding or if you are suffering from liver or
kidney disorders.
