Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate will be working within a high-volume warehouse environment, while safely providing various warehouse services with general supervision following all established procedures and guidelines (SOP’s). This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and responsibilities for this position include order picking, staging, packing, shipping, product replenishing, receiving, putting away materials and when required, driving the reach truck. In addition, the Warehouse Associate, along with the entire Operations Team, supports a culture of GMP compliance, continuous improvement, and safety in a team environment.


This role with a schedule of Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. This position will be based out of our Coquitlam Distribution Center (DC) and operate in a full-time capacity onsite.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key member of the Nature’s Way Canada Quality team with primary responsibility for overseeing and maintaining quality assurance programs that support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), internal quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements for Natural Health Products and Food Products manufactured at the Nature’s Way Canada Dartmouth facility, as well as contract-manufactured products distributed in Canada.
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Assurance Specialist leads quality investigations, manages deviations, CAPAs, change controls, non-conforming products, customer and supplier complaint assessments, and quality-related continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert for quality assurance processes and provides guidance and support to Quality Assurance Technicians and cross-functional departments including Production, Supply Chain, Research & Development (R&D), Regulatory Affairs, and Operations.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability
to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced GMP-regulated environment. The Quality
Assurance Specialist must effectively assess risk, investigate quality events, identify root causes,
implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and
company requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dartmouth.
