Directions
Adults, take 2 capsules 1 time per day with water 1 hour before bedtime. May be used up to 6 weeks
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen,
or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic
insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness
Some people may experience drowsiness.
Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a
motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not
use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
