Directions
Adults, take 2 capsules 1 time per day with water 1 hour before bedtime. May be used up to 6 weeks
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness
