Nature’s Way NutraSea PMS Targeted Omega-3 is a concentrated fish oil formula designed for female adults and adolescents ages 15 years and up. Each daily serving of 1.5 tsp (7.5 mL) provides 1875 mg EPA + DHA (1125 mg EPA + 750 mg DHA) in triglyceride form. This targeted omega-3 is formulated to help reduce the pain and intensity of menstrual cramps and to help promote healthy mood balance. It comes in a zesty lemon flavour with no fishy burp-back and is made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.

Directions

For female adults and adolescents ages 15 years and up: Shake well and take 1.5 tsp. (7.5 mL) daily. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 100 days.

Order over $50 (pre-tax) are shipped free of charge. Orders less than $50 (pre-tax) customers will be charged a $6.95 shipping fee.
