I give it three stars instead of four or five only because I haven't noticed any real improvement. That being said, my situation has not gotten worse, and also I am only taking two per day instead of the recommended free.

Overall, I don't see any harm in taking these and they may well help.

Optometrist tried to sell me on some kind of expensive laser procedure that has to be maintained annually. I was taking Omegas, but not nearly the dose that I needed. Then I tried this product, and it really helps! Started taking 4 for about 3 months, now I take 3 a day + “Hy Lo” eye drops. Pleasantly surprised they all work together to give me relief

I've just been using the NutraSea Dry Eye Targeted Omega-3 gel caps for about a week now, and I can't determine if they're helping with my dry-eye condition, or if I'm just not getting the episodes right now. The bottle indicates that it takes about a month to see results. I'm looking forward to seeing these results. On another note, the gel caps are easy to take, therefore I'm most likely going to finish them, whereas if they were difficult to take, I might not.

I have to say I was skeptical that this would help my dry eye condition. I had read a couple of medical journal articles about the benefits of Omega-3 in treating dry eye and started taking a generic omega fatty acid supplement but wasn’t noticing any difference. When I came across this I thought why not try it? I can honestly say I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. It is not a miracle cure-all and I still need to take drops regularly but it definitely helps. If you have been diagnosed with dry eye, I would give this a try. I gave it 4 stars because you have to take 4 capsules a day and I found the mint a bit strong (but I guess that’s better than tasting fish all day!). I’m going to try the citrus oil next to compare.
