Directions
Adults take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily. Adolescents 9–18 years take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) daily. Children 4–9 years take ¼ teaspoon (1.25ml). daily. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 100 days.
