Directions
Adults, take 1 capsule, 2 times per day. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
Warnings

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control medication. Contraindications: Do not use this product if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
