Directions

Shake well before each use. Adults and adolescents 14 years and older take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily. Children 1–13 years take ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) daily

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed and protected from light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 100 days.

Order over $50 (pre-tax) are shipped free of charge. Orders less than $50 (pre-tax) customers will be charged a $6.95 shipping fee.

Easy to use

I purchased because of the liquid form and combination of Omegas with Vitamin D. I am happy with the purchase, it is much easier to ingest than swallowing the large Omega capsules that are in the market. No bad aftertaste. I will purchase again. I gave it a 4/5 because of the cost. Unsure of its effectiveness at this time.
