Directions
For joint health, adults take 2 capsules 2 times per day. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 3 months, consult a health care practitioner.
Warnings

medications, or have a serious health condition. If symptoms worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use.

Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature.
